We schedule appointments for regular service and repair and try to be available for smaller repairs on short notice – jobs like brakes, alternators, batteries, starters, etc. Tire sales and installations usually fit easily into a day on short notice as well. The cycle of daily repair in our shop requires that customers leave their vehicles by 9AM or the evening before an appointment. We conduct diagnoses in the morning, locate parts and create estimates. As soon as customers approve the work we begin the repairs.
Communication is important to the repair process and we like to avoid surprises by keeping you informed of necessary repairs and costs. We are happy to divide repairs into safety and prevention related categories to help you budget. We always try to balance economy and quality by selecting the highest quality parts when necessary and economy parts when appropriate. We never do more than is necessary and we reduce the bill when labor on related jobs overlaps.
Our on-time completion rate is very high.
